About The Position
Peak is looking for a few "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professionals to join our team at our beautiful 1,100+ unit property, Ramblewood Apartments located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. This role requires a solid understanding of Fair Housing and the ability to demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to close sales.
Requirements
- Leasing experience.
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
- Ability to demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge.
- Ability to apply product knowledge to customer's needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.
- Saturday availability.
- Flexibility with seasonal hours.
