As a Leasing Professional, you'll be the ultimate matchmaker — connecting future residents with their perfect home! From the moment someone walks through our doors (or clicks "schedule a tour") to the day they get their keys, you'll be their go-to guide: showing off our community, finding the perfect fit, handling the paperwork like a pro, and making move-in day feel like a celebration. Your friendly face and killer people skills? That's the secret sauce that keeps our community thriving!
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Leasing or sales experience is a plus

- Excellent Base Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
