Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Available to work Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Sales and customer service experience is a plus
• Experience with Entrata is preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
• Complete lease agreements and collect required deposits
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
• Maintain resident files and leasing documentation
• Prepare model homes and ensure vacant apartments are tour-ready
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns
• Perform daily property inspections
• Build relationships with local businesses and assist with marketing efforts
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, amenities, and community policies
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company guidelines
