About The Position

Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join its on-site leasing staff. The role focuses on building relationships with current and prospective residents, pursuing leads, and closing sales. The Leasing Professional mentors Community Assistants and works with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to meet sales and marketing goals. The position suits a natural salesperson and people-person with experience in social media and other marketing projects. The role reports to the Leasing & Marketing Manager and pays $17 per hour plus commission. Social media and digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Know the property's amenities and features and compare them favorably with the competition.
Attend local events related to housing or community marketing.
Provide the Leasing team with ideas for advertising and marketing tactics throughout the year.
Accept application fees and security deposit payments from future residents and follow documentation procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the show units, tour route, and leasing office.
Assist property leadership with multiple projects.
Build relationships with current and prospective residents, pursue leads, and close sales.
Mentor Community Assistants and work with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to meet sales and marketing goals.
