Requirements

  • Previous apartment leasing experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and enthusiastically tours prospective residents and guides them through the sales process.
  • Develops meaningful relationships with the community through resident events, marketing campaigns, and community service.
  • Provides signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors through genuine connections and timely responses.
  • Maximizes revenue through increased closing ratios and by exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations.
