About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professional to join their team. This role will be responsible for leasing over 250 units across three locations: Wade Manor, The Park, and Poet Place. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and enjoy working with the public. While the primary work location is Wade Manor, the professional must be able to commute to The Park and Poet Place as needed for tours. Requirements

Full-time availability at Wade Manor.
Ability to commute to The Park & Poet Place as needed.
Leasing experience.
Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge.
Ability to apply product knowledge to customer's needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
