Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience (leasing experience is a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Microsoft Office & social media
- Bilingual a plus
- Saturday availability
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- leasing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Tour apartments and close leases
- Collect deposits and prepare lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Support marketing and resident engagement
- Ensure apartments are ready for tours
- Provide excellent customer service while following Fair Housing guidelines
