About The Position

Leasing Professionals play a key role in shaping the resident experience and are often the first step in a rewarding career at CAF Management. This role is the face of the community, assisting prospective residents in finding the right home and supporting current residents with professionalism and care. It is a fast-paced, customer-focused position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by achieving goals, and seek growth within the multifamily industry.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience
• Experience with Entrata or property management software
• Bilingual abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software)
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability
