About The Position

Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for a full-time apartment Leasing Professional to join the team at Norden Range, a new 270-unit community in Oconomowoc, WI. This development is located in beautiful Lake Country and features expansive amenities and nature trails. The ideal candidate will have previous lease-up experience and enjoy the challenge and excitement of new lease-ups.

Requirements

• Available to work weekends
• Previous lease up experience required

Responsibilities

• Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community
• Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units
• Lease apartments to meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals
• Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template
• Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times
• Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team
• Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns
• General administrative duties
• Other duties to assist overall property management efforts
