About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as required by property needs.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, or retail customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Property Tours: Greet visitors warmly, present community amenities, and highlight individual apartment unit features.
• Manage Leases: Process applications, complete background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with Fair Housing Laws
• Support Residents: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with renewals, answering policy questions, and coordinating with maintenance.
• Maintain Records: Complete detailed record-keeping of guest traffic, resident files, and unit inventory via property software.
