About The Position
As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than lease apartments—you'll help create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents. From attracting and qualifying prospects to completing lease documentation and coordinating move-ins, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community. At Morgan Properties, we're looking for individuals who lead with integrity, treat others with respect, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You'll serve as a trusted resource for residents and prospects, building meaningful relationships through honest communication, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service
