About The Position

Peak Management is looking for a Leasing Professional to join their team. This role will be responsible for leasing over 250 units across three locations: Wade Manor, The Park, and Poet Place. The ideal candidate will enjoy customer service and working with the public. The position requires full-time work at Wade Manor, with the ability to commute to The Park and Poet Place for tours as needed. A solid understanding of Fair Housing laws is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate community and apartment features and benefits to close sales. Bilingual skills are a plus, and reliable transportation is required. This is an opportunity for serious candidates looking to grow their careers.

Requirements

Leasing experience.
Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Ability to demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge.
Ability to apply product knowledge to customer's needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.
Reliable transportation.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
