About The Position

RENT PROSPER is hiring a Leasing Professional for one of their largest residential communities in the Orlando Millenia Mall area. This is a high-demand neighborhood with consistent lead flow, ensuring the role will be busy. The position offers a base pay plus significant commission potential for new leases and renewals, with a strong performer realistically earning over $10,000 in commissions on top of base pay. A 5-star service bonus is also available. The Leasing Professional will manage the full leasing cycle, from inquiry to signed lease, including scheduling and conducting property tours, processing applications, screening tenants, preparing lease documents, building relationships with residents, supporting retention and renewals, and maintaining accurate records in Yardi. Collaboration with the Property Manager and maintenance team is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

  • Proven leasing experience at a residential apartment or condo community.
  • Ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong communication skills; phone, in-person, and written.
  • Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software.
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable with a pre-employment background and driving record check.
  • Self-starter who is motivated to hit their numbers.

Responsibilities

  • Working leads from inquiry to signed lease.

  • Building genuine relationships with prospects and current residents.
  • Supporting resident retention and renewals.
  • Keeping accurate records in Yardi.
  • Collaborating with your Property Manager and maintenance team daily.
