About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional role at one of Rent Prosper's largest residential communities in the Orlando Millenia Mall area. The community experiences high demand and consistent lead flow, ensuring a busy work environment. The role focuses on managing the full leasing cycle, from initial inquiry to signed lease, and supporting resident retention. The position offers a base hourly pay plus significant commission potential for new leases, renewals, and a 5-star service bonus. The company is a locally owned Orlando property management firm with approximately 40 employees, emphasizing fast decision-making and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Proven leasing experience at a residential apartment or condo community.
• Strong closing skills; leads do not go cold on your watch.
• Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written).
• Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background and driving record check.
• Self-starter who is motivated to hit numbers.

Responsibilities

• Working leads from inquiry to signed lease, managing the full leasing cycle.
• Scheduling and conducting property tours.
• Processing applications, screening tenants, and preparing lease documents.
• Building genuine relationships with prospects and current residents.
• Supporting resident retention and renewals.
• Keeping accurate records in Yardi.
• Collaborating with the Property Manager and maintenance team daily.
