Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leasing experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with Entrata and social media platforms is a plus
  • Candidates with experience in apartment leasing, hospitality, retail sales, customer service, banking, real estate, or other relationship-focused roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes
  • Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text
  • Process rental applications and complete lease agreements
  • Collect rental deposits and maintain resident files
  • Ensure model apartments and common areas are tour-ready
  • Conduct daily property inspections
  • Assist with resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support community marketing efforts and local outreach initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
