If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
Requirements
- Prior customer-facing experience required (leasing or sales a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- One to three months of related experience or training
- Valid driver’s license

- Deliver a welcoming experience for every resident and prospect
- Build trust through communication, follow-up, and consistency
- Take ownership of your leasing success by actively engaging and converting leads
- Collaborate with your team to create an inclusive, supportive environment
Benefits
- Excellent Base Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 / hour
- $100 per New Lease Commission
- Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials – $300 every quarter
