About The Position

As a Leasing Professional at Gaines Investment Trust, you are the face of the community, responsible for building strong relationships with prospects and residents, driving leasing success, and ensuring a welcoming living environment. Your role extends beyond leasing apartments—you contribute to the financial performance and overall atmosphere of the community.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license (required).
A minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience (required).
Strong sales and customer service skills.
A passion for helping others and a solutions-oriented mindset.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Yardi, and CRM systems (required).
A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with prospects and residents, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Understand prospects’ needs, address objections, and guide them through the leasing process to maximize occupancy and secure lease agreements.
Maintain accurate records, prepare lease documents, and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Help achieve occupancy and retention goals by proactively engaging with residents and supporting revenue-driven leasing strategies.
Promote a professional and inviting atmosphere for residents, guests, and coworkers to enhance the community experience.
Manage follow-ups with prospects and residents to improve leasing conversions and provide exceptional customer service.
Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software to optimize leasing operations and track performance effectively.
Be dependable for Saturday working hours and multiple weekdays to support business needs and maintain operational efficiency.
