About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our Management Support property, The Lodge at Westover Hills. We offer training for applicants with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance, with an hourly pay rate of $16 - $18 plus a leasing bonus. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including 1-2 weekend days which may be rotated occasionally by request. Some holidays are also included in the rotating schedule, with a paid day off in the same payroll period. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• English writing skills
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge
• Managing your calendar of appointments
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communication skills
