As a Leasing Professional, you'll build relationships with potential residents and showcase why our property is the perfect place to call home. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, confident, and self-motivated to lease our modern, fully furnished apartments. As the face of Park7 and the first point of contact for prospective residents, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping a vibrant, welcoming community.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, prospective residents, and vendors, creating a welcoming environment.
Show apartments to potential residents, guide them through the application process, and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
Support the Property Manager in maximizing rental income, minimizing expenses, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.
Prepare move-in/move-out paperwork, log and track work orders, manage resident files, and handle general office tasks.
Assist in collecting rent payments under the supervision of the Property Manager.
Help organize social events and distribute resident notices or newsletters to foster community connections.
Conduct regular inspections of the model units, common areas, and grounds to maintain our property’s appeal.
Arrive on time for each shift and follow our policy for shift changes to ensure consistent support for our residents.
Step in to assist the Property Manager when needed and perform other tasks as assigned.
