About The Position

Atrium Management Company is seeking an exceptional Leasing Manager to join their team at Barber Park Apartments in Orlando. This role will manage the full leasing process for a 525-unit multifamily community, including marketing, sales, and move-ins. The community features newly renovated apartments and townhomes, resort-style swimming pools, a fitness center, and a resident clubhouse. This is an opportunity for an experienced Leaser or Leasing Manager to grow their career in property management with support, training, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience successfully leasing at a multi-family apartment community.
  • Excellent communication skills & great attention to detail.
  • Experience using social media and community marketing & outreach to drive leasing goals.
  • Experience planning successful community/resident engagement events.
  • Desire to work as a team with ability to work independently on occasionally.
  • Proficiency with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Tenant Turner, Knock, etc).
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Email, Gmail/Google Workspace, and social media as it pertains to marketing of community.
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent customer service and work ethic, a positive and energetic attitude, and passion for working with people!
  • Reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience and/or Leasing Manager experience preferred.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Real estate license.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full leasing process, from marketing to move-in.
  • Mentor and develop the leasing team.
  • Drive leasing goals through social media, community marketing, and outreach.
  • Plan and execute successful community/resident engagement events.
