About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Leasing Manager for the Paddock at Park Row apartment community in Arlington, TX. This is a LIHTC property with 350 units. This position will pay up to $49,920 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position will be 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, Saturdays 10am-4pm, with an alternating day off during the week. Bilingual a plus.

Requirements

• Experience with LIHTC
• 2-5+ years experience in property management, leasing or affordable housing experience required
• Demonstrated sales performance with ability to meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and applicable federal/state housing regulations
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Must have dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual a plus
• Preferred experience reviewing compliance files and preparing for audits
• Supervisory or training experience preferred
