Responsibilities

Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to support smooth move-ins.
Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
Prepare leases and oversee lease signing by new residents.
Assist with monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete.
Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.
Assist with training and oversight of the leasing team.
Use professional sales and marketing techniques and customer service skills to maintain high occupancy.
