About The Position

The Lib concept offers a living environment for people aged 55 and over. With its modern and comfortable apartments, along with inviting common areas, Lib is a place where well-being and an active lifestyle come together. As a Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in driving leasing success while leading by example on the ground. You will mainly be based in Kanata and combine a leasing advisor role with supervisory responsibilities. As we grow, your role will expand across the Ottawa and Outaouais regions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or leasing.
• Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events.
• Natural leadership and hands-on approach.
• Strong results-driven mindset.
• Excellent people skills.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in rental real estate, a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive Leasing Results: Welcome prospects, understand their needs, and present the project. Convert visits into signed leases. Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to signing. Achieve and exceed leasing targets. Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads in the CRM.
• Lead and Support the Team: Train, support, and coach leasing advisors. Ensure optimal use of the CRM by the team. Adjust the sales approach as needed. Maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Grow Market Presence: Identify and participate in local events and sponsorships. Represent Lib communities in the community.
• Contribute to Growth: Contribute to leasing strategies. Collaborate in opening new leasing offices.
