About The Position

As a Leasing Documentation Specialist, reporting to the Director Leasing Operations, you’ll be responsible for the generation and auditing of all leasing documentation to ensure compliance is met from the initial documentation request to acquiring all posting funding requirements.

  • Versatility in a fast-paced environment, along with the ability to easily execute the multi aspects of all administrative duties shared across the documentation and customer service departments.
  • Ability to interpret and understand contractual language.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing leasing instructions and required leasing documentation for accuracy, enforceability, regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Ensuring for accurately generating leasing documentation, booking, funding, and filing maintenance of leases in a timely and efficient manner, within required error limits.
  • Communicating with internal and external customers/clients to respond to inquiries, resolve problems, minor discrepancies, and obtain additional documentation requirements needed to complete the lease file in a timely manner.
  • Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing leasing operations and documentation, ensuring compliance with Servus/Stride’s policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work directly with sales staff, customer service, portfolio management and clients on any post funding lease amendments.
