About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations and help deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for prospective and current residents. Located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, DWTN is a premier residential destination featuring two striking glass towers, thoughtfully designed interiors, and an exceptional suite of amenities. Positioned at the crossroads of DUMBO, Clinton Hill, and Brooklyn Heights, the property offers an elevated, modern living experience just minutes from Manhattan. The work schedule will be Tuesday and Wednesday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience.
  • Application processing experience in a high-volume residential setting
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be detailed oriented and quality focused
  • Must have strong phone skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and complete time sensitive tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word /Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
  • Able to meet objectives within deadlines and minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • A NYS real estate license is preferred but not required
  • RentCafe, Yardi Voyager, CRM, Site Manager experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the property
  • Work synergistically with the onsite leasing team to ensure outstanding customer experience from first inquiry to occupancy.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries daily and schedule property tours for interested prospects
  • Provide overviews for all general inquiries received by the leasing office
  • Conduct follow-up daily with past prospects and inquiries to achieve a high-level of conversion to application
  • Maintain at the direction of the Senior Project Manager, monthly rental rate and concession reports for the property’s competitive set
  • Assist with the management of property pricing grids and inventory
  • Assist and run concise daily and weekly leasing traffic reports for both the developer and Corcoran management team at the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
  • Update property advertising
  • Provide admin support to the team
  • Assist with special projects as needed
