About The Position

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our housing operations—managing leases, supporting resident retention, and ensuring properties meet safety and compliance standards. You’ll collaborate with residents, maintenance teams, and housing staff to deliver outstanding service and support.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
Acceptable driving record
Current auto insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse populations
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in leasing, housing, or a related field preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Promote available units, manage leasing activities, and build positive relationships with residents
Review applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication
Respond to inquiries, coordinate services, and assist with housing stability
Track and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
Monitor rent collection and maintain proactive communication with residents
Support retention efforts and ensure annual housing inspections are completed
