Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles preferred
- Degree preferred
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, ResMan, or OnSite preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospects, residents, and guests in person and over the phone
- Schedule and conduct property tours and interviews with prospective residents
- Address resident and prospect questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Process applications, lease renewals, screenings, and rental agreements
- Inspect property conditions and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized resident files and records
- Report concerns or issues to community leadership
- Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members
- Support resident events and community engagement activities
- Complete additional assigned duties as needed
