About The Position
As a Leasing Consultant on our leasing team at our 200-unit and 178-unit apartment communities in North Dallas, you will make the important first connection with potential residents and help them find their perfect apartment home. Your responsibilities will include greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships and possess a friendly and professional demeanor.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Good leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and residents
- Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
- Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
- Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
- Showing apartments
