About The Position

Cirrus Asset Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Gold Mountain Village, an affordable housing property with 168 units. The role supports prospective and current residents through leasing, application, renewal, and retention activities while helping maintain resident satisfaction and accurate property records. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is up to $22 per hour, and housing is provided.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate a variety of situations.
Attention to detail.
Understanding of and compliance with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws, and Cal-OSHA.
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Yardi property management software.
At least one year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
Promote available units and amenities through online platforms, signage, and outreach.
Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
Process and maintain accurate resident files.
Work with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed.
Process recertifications and renewals, and assist with resident retention efforts.
Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
Assist applicants with the application process.
Create and update the waitlist.
Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by the Property Manager.
Support resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
