About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant at a Dweck community, you will help prospective residents find an apartment that suits their needs and guide them from their first contact through move-in. You will provide a welcoming, smooth experience by showcasing apartments and community features, maintaining communication with prospects, assisting applicants through leasing steps, and welcoming new residents. Leasing offices are open Monday through Saturday, and availability to work Saturdays is required because weekends have the highest prospect traffic.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and availability to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Learn prospective residents’ needs and match them with an appropriate apartment.
Schedule and host in-person and virtual tours, showcasing amenities and community features.
Follow up with prospective residents by phone, email, and text throughout the leasing process.
Guide applicants through applications, approvals, and move-in paperwork.
Welcome new residents on move-in day, provide orientation, and help ensure a smooth start.
