Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to work with leasing software and manage follow-ups
- Organized, dependable, and upbeat
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Give tours of the property and help people find the perfect apartment
- Prepare lease paperwork and assist with applications
- Follow up with prospects by phone, email, or text
- Help with marketing and social media outreach
- Support resident events and office operations
- Keep tour spaces and leasing office clean and organized
