About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! If you love connecting with people and managing the leasing process from first visit to move-in, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This role requires an experienced customer service professional with a knack for leasing and CRM tools like Knock.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience required
  • Must be available to work Saturdays

Nice To Haves

  • Leasing experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM (Knock) and OneSite is a plus
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Friendly, professional communication style
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a “get things done” approach

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions
  • Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Use OneSite and CRM (Knock) to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication
  • Help manage community marketing efforts, including social media posts, business-to-business outreach, and planning resident events with the Property Manager
  • Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way
  • Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone
  • Keep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
