About The Position

Pegasus is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find the right apartment home. The role combines strategic consultative selling, strong communication, and knowledge of the community to provide a positive, genuine, and considerate experience for prospective residents. The consultant also delivers caring customer service that supports residents’ enjoyment of their living experience and encourages renewals.

Requirements

• Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge of social media.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Help prospective residents find the right apartment home.
