About The Position

Enclave is hiring a part-time Leasing Consultant for Silverthorne Apartments in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The Leasing Consultant represents the community and combines customer service and sales to welcome prospective and current tenants. The role includes presenting apartment features on tours, helping prospects through the leasing process, and building relationships with tenants to support their satisfaction and the success of the community.

The Leasing Consultant learns the details of current and upcoming properties, works with the Community Manager on marketing strategies, and collaborates with other Leasing Consultants to lease units and support occupancy and income goals. The role also helps implement policies and procedures that preserve property value and responds to tenant concerns professionally.

The position is on-site and part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Team members are expected to work at least two Saturdays per month; employees scheduled on a Saturday receive a weekday off. Specific opening and closing shifts are assigned by the manager and may adjust schedules by an hour. Team members typically do not exceed 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Customer-focused approach and comfort working in people-centric environments.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio.

Responsibilities
