About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our winning team. We're hiring a Leasing Consultant at Lakota Lake Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. We are offering up to $18.00/hr. PLUS $75.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits. Requirements

Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents

Nice To Haves

1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
Yardi experience a plus!

Responsibilities

Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Travel is a requirement
