This person will split their time between two of our awesome properties, listed below! Locations: Prairie Walk Apartments 11026 College Lane Kansas City, MO 64137 Retreat at Woodlands Apartments 510 E 101st Street Kansas City, MO 64131 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
• Assist property team with marketing efforts
• Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents
