Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents
  • Willingness to complete online training courses

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments
  • Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings
  • Conduct and report market surveys
  • Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements
  • Promote the community through marketing efforts on various platforms
  • Assist with resident retention and engagement programs
