About The Position
As a Neighbor Ambassador, your role is a constant blend of Customer Service, Sales, and Administration. Your job is to make sure our Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods. You help make renting easy by guiding Future Neighbors through our Ultimate Leasing Experience. You will also master the operations of property management by creating Neighborhood reports, conducting market surveys, preparing rental agreements, or posting apartment advertisements. Every day brings something a little different and challenges you to grow in new ways. You'll be empowered to solve problems by indulging your creativity and be supported by others who love to do the same. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure Neighbors feel at home and proud to live in the community.
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, providing an ultimate leasing experience.
- Manage administrative tasks including creating neighborhood reports, conducting market surveys, preparing rental agreements, and posting apartment advertisements.
- Solve problems creatively and collaboratively.
- Work weekends as the community is busiest during these times.
