About The Position

ARIUM Morgan Falls is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The role supports the community’s leasing, resident-retention, and occupancy goals by communicating with prospective residents, converting prospects into residents, and helping create a welcoming community. The position offers starting pay of $21 per hour. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and must consent to pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check. The schedule may vary and can include weekends and holidays as required. Additional duties may be assigned based on the role.

• Bilingual written and verbal abilities may be required based on the specific property’s needs.

• Connect with prospective residents through phone calls, appointments, and follow-up communication to elevate the customer experience.
• Support the community’s leasing, resident-retention, and occupancy goals.
• Convert prospects into residents of the community.
• Assist with planning events that build a sense of belonging among residents and the local community.
• Perform additional duties as required by the individual role.
