About The Position

U-GRO is hiring childcare teachers to inspire children to become lifelong learners. Teachers provide daily care in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards; observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families; complete training in childcare, preschool, and child development; and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. The role involves engaging with children indoors and outdoors and participating in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development.
• Implement the company’s proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
