About The Position
The Ryland Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team! This role involves touring prospective residents, handling leasing inquiries, processing applications, and managing resident relations. The position also includes marketing the community through various channels and coordinating maintenance requests.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
- Experience with high rise lease up preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi Software
- Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
- Working during inclement weather is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
- Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
- Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
- Resolving resident issues or concerns
- Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
- Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
