What You’ll Do Meet and exceed daily and monthly leasing goals Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person Conduct property tours and actively work toward closing leases Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently Deliver a high level of customer service to residents and prospects Qualifications What We’re Looking For 3+ years of consistent experience in sales and/or customer service preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Professional appearance and confident, engaging personality Highly motivated and goal-driven with a competitive mindset Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Must be available to work weekends with weekday days off Bilingual skills strongly preferred Why Join Richdale At Richdale, you’re not just filling a position—you’re building a career with a company that values performance, professionalism, and growth Owner manage, no third parties. Requirements

  • 3+ years of consistent experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
