We are seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring residents are proud of their homes.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in luxury apartment leasing.
Polished, confident communicator with a knack for sales, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
High ambition and high energy.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
A team player who takes pride in their work but can also operate independently.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems like Yardi.
Open to working weekends.

Nice To Haves

Full training provided on platforms, laws, and regulations.
Clear path to Leasing Manager positions within 1-2 years.

Responsibilities

Lease apartments in accordance with high standards and all applicable laws.
Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, managing communications efficiently to offer the best customer experience.
