About The Position

AMLI Residential is currently hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team in Chicago! This unique opportunity offers the chance to work across two premier downtown communities—AMLI 900 and AMLI Lofts—supporting leasing operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a vibrant residential experience.

Requirements

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work seamlessly across multiple locations.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
• Comfortable working Saturdays and a flexible schedule, as required.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts and resident relations at both AMLI apartment communities
• Provide a high level of customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Assist with tours, application processing, and lease execution.
• Coordinate with the onsite teams to maintain a consistent and professional leasing experience across both communities.
• Contribute to resident events, social media marketing, and outreach efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each property's features, availability, and pricing.
