About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring Leasing Consultants, also described as Sales & Marketing Associates, for its Greater Boston communities. The role focuses on converting prospective residents into leases and creating an exceptional experience for prospects and current residents. Consultants follow up with prospects, provide information about the community and neighborhood, conduct personalized apartment tours, build resident loyalty, and promote the community through social media. The role requires working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. The position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. The hiring process includes an in-person interview event; qualified candidates may receive offers within 48 hours of the event.

Responsibilities
