About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring Leasing Consultants, also referred to as Sales & Marketing Associates, in Greater Boston. The role focuses on creating exceptional prospect and resident experiences, helping prospective residents find a home, and building community brand loyalty. The position includes converting leads into tours and leases, conducting personalized community tours, and generating interest through social media. The role requires working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. Candidates interested in the hiring event should complete a brief questionnaire. A recruiter will share the event location and schedule an in-person interview. Candidates should bring an updated resume and wear business professional attire. Offers may be extended to qualified candidates within 48 hours of the event.
