About The Position

WinnCompanies is looking for a Leasing Consultant II to join our team at Marlo on Mill Pond, a 151-unit Class A luxury lease-up community in Portsmouth, NH. As a Leasing Consultant II, you will play a key role in the successful lease-up of the property by generating leads, conducting tours, securing leases, completing move-ins, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the onsite team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury community. The pay range for this role is $30.00-$31.00 per hour plus commission. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong sales, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Weekend availability required.
• Evening hours may occasionally be required based on prospect demand.
• Schedule may adjust during peak lease-up periods and special events.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• NALP certification.
• Experience in property management, sales, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Support the lease-up by generating and managing prospect traffic, conducting tours, qualifying prospects, and securing leases.
• Follow up with leads, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Maintain show units, amenities, tour routes, and marketing materials to luxury community standards.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in applicable systems.
• Assist with property marketing, events, and outreach to local businesses, employers, and real estate professionals.
• Stay informed on competitors, market conditions, customer demographics, and local trends.
• Assist with resident service requests and other onsite operational needs.
• Support the Manager and onsite team as needed.
