We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. The Practice Manager is the financial and operational leader of the Hospital. He/She works with the hospital leadership as well as Community Veterinary Partners to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and successful financial performance. The Practice Manager leads by example to motivate and inspire the team to provide excellent experience for our clients and their pets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hospital management experience; emergency or specialty experience preferred.
• College education and veterinary practice management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Oversee hospital operations, inventory, equipment, and compliance.
• Handle client concerns and support marketing and community outreach.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, expenses, and financial results.
• Lead and support hospital team members.
