About The Position

Haverkamp Properties is a 31-year-old family business with the purpose of “Create Communities Where You Love to LIVE” and to “maximize property values.” The company is working towards a 10-Year Target of seventeen thousand six hundred units under management. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads, assist the Property Manager in communicating with residents, participate in promotional events, build community relationships, solve problems, overcome objections, lease apartments, and support team members. Success in this role is defined by valuing clear processes and excelling in Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, and Customer Fulfillment. The company provides training and support for team success. This role is accountable for achieving weekly leasing goals with a 95%+ occupancy goal, obtaining a renewal retention rate of 35%+, and maintaining a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month. The company operates on EOS, meaning the leader will provide clear directions, necessary tools, act with the greater good in mind, delegate appropriately, understand the employee's role, make expectations clear, communicate well, and hold regular one-on-one meetings.

Responsibilities
