Leasing & Community Operations Coordinator
About The Position
Culdesac is expanding its team! We are looking for a dynamic, full-time Leasing and Community Operations Coordinator to join us on-site at our Culdesac Tempe neighborhood office. In this role, you will be the face of our community, bridging the gap between innovative leasing sales and exceptional neighborhood hospitality. You will play a pivotal part in growing our community—driving lead generation, guiding prospective residents through our unique neighborhood, and ensuring our current residents love where they live. Requirements
- Experience with lead generation and experience attracting prospects and increasing their interest through nurturing and educating, with the ultimate goal of converting them into a resident. We expect most to need at least 1-2 years in the industry to gain this experience.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service while being able to diffuse difficult situations.
- Comfortable working independently, or as part of a team, as needed.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for understanding our brand and interest in sharing our brand with new prospects.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Able to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to walk for potentially extended periods of time and use stairs.
- Able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
- This role requires weekend and some evening hours.
- Prioritizes a lifestyle leveraging public transportation, micromobility, and other alternatives to private cars.
